I'm writing this critique as a fellow Nightingale Armor cosplayer! I've been working on two sets myself for me and a friend. Because you didn't mentioned what you made the actual cosplay out of, so I can't really critique much of your technique. The photoshop was also really strong; when I first looked at this image, I thought that it was just a render of the Nightingale, not an actual real life person.
The twin daggers look really good; I can tell that there are multiple thicknesses, which makes it look more realistic. I can't tell if it's photoshop or actual LEDs, but if it's LEDs, kudos!
As far as the armor itself is concerned, you did a great job on the bracers! Seriously, I really like how you put the silver around the outside edges to make the different pieces stand out. This also applies to the other areas off the armor where you put the edging around as well.
I can't tell what material you made it out of, but it is a bit shiny. The armor is supposed to be matte and blend in with the shadows, I feel like that isn't being accomplished with shiny fabric XD An easy way to fix this would be to weather your armor a bit; that will make it look more realistic, and it'll take away the shininess of it.
The hood and the mask look really good as well. I don't have anything to critique on them
All in all, I'd say you have a great cosplay here. Just do some weathering techniques and add the shoulder pauldrons, and you'll be good to go!
